I HEARD that Jaguar cars are turning fully electric by 2025.

Anyone who thinks that electric vehicles are the way forward are truly bonkers. In 2019 there were around 38 million registered vehicles on UK roads ignoring vans, lorries, etc.

The National Grid has about a 1% additional capacity to allow for problems. So, where is the electricity coming from, and who pays for all the charging facilities? Fuel is the culprit, so we are told.

But just have a close look at any reasonably sized electric car, stand back, and say ‘I bet that will save our planet’.

If you genuinely believe it will, go with it. If the motor industry really thought electric was the way forward electric cars would have been on the for-sale forecourts years ago.
