It was good to read your comprehensive coverage of this year’s Melplash Show and to see the many photographs.
I was however very disappointed that the cookery demonstration by Tony Shaw of the Riverside Restaurant was not mentioned.
He made delicious lobster tortellini, which is made from scratch using live Lyme Bay lobster, including making his own pasta.
Riverside have supported the show for many years and deserve a mention.
