Cannot fault the service at Pinhay

The CQC report highlighted in the News last week bears no resemblance to the experience I have had at Pinhay House.

As a previous employee I was cook there from 1998 to 2004, I was very happy to place my father at Pinhay when he suffered from declining mental health.

He has now been a resident for five years, during which he has always been happy.

I have often visited unannounced and have always found him, his room and his bathroom to be clean.

The staff are caring and professional.

The management have always replied to any queries I have had.

I cannot fault the service my father has received at Pinhay House.
