Police are appealing for information after a break-in near Rampisham
POLICE are urging landowners to secure property after electrical items were stolen from a west Dorset farm.
The incident took place at a farm outbuilding in an isolated area off the A356, between Beaminster and Rampisham.
Offenders stole a ride on mower, a chainsaw, strimmer and other items.
A spokesman from Bridport Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: "This could have been prevented with the right security, so contact Dorset Police if you want security advice.
"Please also let us know if there is any suspicious activity in your area, either via 101 or on the Dorset Police website."
