A PROBATE and trustee notice is among the recent public notices published in the Lyme Regis area.
It's for Margaret Jane Blunden, late of Fairfield House, Charmouth Road, Lyme Regis, Dorset.
She died on November 11, 2023 and solicitors wish to hear from anyone who has a claim against or an interest in the estate of Mrs Blunden, pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925.
They are required to send written particulars thereof to the undersigned on or before 19/06/2024, after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
