A missing man has been found safe near Lyme Regis.
Officers from Dorset Police conducted a search alongside coastguard crews from Lyme Regis and Beer.
The man was reported missing from the Lyme Regis area just before 1pm on Saturday, April 20 and was found in Black Ven by teams a few hours later
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: “We received a report at 12.55pm on Saturday, April 20 of a missing man in Lyme Regis.
“Officers attended with HM Coastguard and located the man at Black Ven at around 2.20pm.”
A spokesperson HM Coastguard said: “We assisted Dorset Police with a reported incident at Black Ven, near Lyme Regis. The alarm was raised with HM Coastguard at about 12.50pm.”
