A major road in Bridport will be partially closed for a week as gas works take place.
The works began on Tuesday, April 16 and are expected to take eight days.
One lane on South Street in Bridport will be closed until Thursday, April 25, whilst SGN carries out works.
The works have been described as utility repair and maintenance works, but SGN did not provide any further details on what is taking place.
Traffic is only being affected between The Crown Roundabout and the traffic lights at Skilling Hill Road.
Drivers are advised to find alternative routes as delays are likely.
SGN has been contacted for more information.
