A PET owner whose dog has been missing for three months now and needs urgent medication to prevent blindness has issued a fresh plea for information.

Jackie Riley was devastated when her Red Setter Victor went missing on Friday, March 18 at Hursey near Beaminster.

She has been supported by actor and west Dorset resident Martin Clunes, who offered to double the reward for anyone who returns the dog to £4,000.

There were a couple of potential sightings of a Red Setter - including one at Hive Beach near Burton Bradstock on April 23.

Victor is microchipped and is urging Echo readers to make sure their family and friends both locally and from further afield are aware of the search for Victor so they can scan any Red Setter coming into their surgery.

Jackie is desperate for information, even if something bad had happened to Victor she would be grateful for details and would offer some kind of reward.

Anyone with information is asked to call 01308 868949 or 07745 572196.
