TWO people have been taken to hospital following a three car crash in Dorchester this morning.
A collision occurred at the Monkey's Jump roundabout near Dorchester at around 7.45am this morning.
The cars collided around 100 yards before the roundabout where the road narrows.
Two people have been taken to Dorset County Hospital to be treated for injuries.
A spokesperson for South Western Ambulance service said one woman is being treated for a stomach injury and another person has been taken in for a back injury.
Dorset Police and three ambulances attended the accident.
Dorset Fire and Rescue Service were initially called to attend at around 7.57am as it was thought a casualty may need cutting from a vehicle, however their services were not needed.
The accident was cleared and police left the scene at 9.20am.
