MURDER and mayhem will strikes at a local theatre's new production.
The Royal Manor Theatre Company, Portland, is proud to announce their upcoming production, the world premiere of Miss Marbles' Last Case by Professor Stephen Swann.
It will be performed from Monday June 1 to Saturday June 6.
This hilarious comedy, directed by Jo Cheverton (Kes) and Jo Mackay (Old King Cole and the Troublesome Troll), is a clever spoof of the traditional Agatha Christie-style murder mystery, that will keep you guessing until the curtain falls.
There are ten people in the cast, including many familiar faces from past productions and introducing talented newcomers.
Doors open at 7pm, allowing you time to enjoy a drink at the bar before the curtain goes up promptly at 7.30pm.
Miss Marbles (Beryl Clafton) looks forward to your company, at the home of Lady Kildare (Sally Laming) and her dimwit nephew (Mark Sampson-Vincent), where dreadful and dramatic deeds are taking place.
