CHARD Sally-Anne Has passed away in Dorset County Hospital on the 30th June 2018 aged 50 years. Very much loved daughter of Rita and Larry, sister to Terasa and Tony, Michelle and Richard, Robert and Kate and auntie Sally to Alice and Yerv, Lauren, George, Ben, Jay and Harvey. Sally-Anne's funeral service will be held at Weymouth Crematorium on Wednesday 18th July at 10.45am. Please wear something bright and colourful by request of the family. Family flowers only please but any kind donations made in Sally-Anne's memory can be made to any charity of you're choice and sent directly to them.
