CORNISH Pamela Jean 'Jean' Passed away peacefully on 14th July 2017, aged 84 years. Beloved mum to Sue, Jane, Nigel and Andrew, and a much loved nanny and great granny. Jean will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to take place at Weymouth Crematorium on Thursday 3rd August at 12.15pm. Family flowers only but donations if desired for Greenhills Amenities Fund (cheque's payable to G M Bowskill) may be sent c/o A J Wakely & Sons, 91 East Street, Bridport , DT6 3LB. NO BLACK BY REQUEST

I am so sorry to here about the passing of Auntie Jean. I did not know her until much later in my life. When we first met she was so welcoming and kind to me as I was discovering my birth family. She even arranged for me to go into the cottage in Loders where I was born.We did all meet at the big gathering in Bridport but it was so emotional for me that I have a hard time remembering all of you.
Auntie Jean really liked chickens and I remember sending her a chicken ornament from Canada.
Please don't be too sad but remember your mother with love and a smile.
