PHILIP ARTHUR SMITH Died peacefully on the 7th November 2014, aged 83 years. Beloved husband of the late Hazel. A much loved father to Graham and Wendy and the late Val. Father-in-Law to Shelley and Ray and a loving grandad and great grandad. Funeral Service will take place at St Giles Church, Chideock on Wednesday 19th November at 11.00am. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for Weldmar Hospicecare Trust c/o A J Wakely & Sons, 91 East Street, Bridport, DT6 3LB.
