FOLLOWING the deluge of rain that transformed the new building site situated off Victoria Grove into a quagmire, all access roads to and from the site took on the appearance of a ploughed field rendering it dangerous to vehicles and pedestrians alike, particularly being a well used route to and from the schools.
After directly contacting the builders and Dorset County Council to advise them of the situation and express my concerns of safety issues, I was delighted to witness the speed in which both parties took action to remedy the problem.
it just goes to prove that being proactive and talking to relevant people about such issues is more productive than whining about them. So, well done to Fry’s builders and Dorset County Council and thank you.
