BRIDPORT have seen their Toolstation Western League Premier Division match against Longwell Green Sports postponed due to an unsafe pitch.
Match referee Nigel Whitfield arrived at St Mary's Field and deemed the playing surface to be hazardous to the players after an inspection.
The development comes just three days after Bridport hosted Hengrove Athletic on Saturday, losing 2-1 thanks to a late Rhys Hickery goal.
Bridport still have 11 league fixtures remaining this season, while the league has already been extended twice to accommodate the fixture backlog created by the poor weather this winter.
Adam Fricker's side next face Bitton at home on Thursday (7.45pm), with dry conditions forecast for the remainder of the week.
