BRIDPORT marked their annual end-of-season awards dinner at the Brewery Ground clubhouse with a very special guest speaker.
Daggers were honoured to have England’s former 2003 World Cup winner Mark Regan in attendance.
Those who attended the sold-out event enjoyed a three-course meal, followed by speeches and awards for the adult section of the club.
In the senior players group, the main awards went to Jake Brook for most improved player, Harrison Wilkins for best young player, Nathan Herbert for the coaches’ player and Hugh Vivian and the players’ player.

There were also awards presented to Guy Livingston, for his tireless work to support the club, as well as to Joanna Leins, who has been the physio with the senior team for six years and will be stepping down at the end of the season.
The club now has a break period to prepare for the new season ahead, following their finish of seventh in the Counties Two Tribute Dorset & Wilts South.
Touch rugby for all ages and abilities will begin at 6.30pm on Wednesday, June 5.
This will run for six weeks until the senior section begins their pre-season training, where new players are welcomed.
