BRIDPORT have pulled off a coup by securing the signature of former Portsmouth and Dorchester striker Liam Sayers.
Sayers, who penned a two-year deal with Pompey in 2014, becomes Bridport's third signing of the summer.
Club captain and goalkeeper Scott Wells-Burr, plus midfielder Will Gape, have already committed to the Bees for the 2020/21 Toolstation Western League Premier Division season.
Sayers has further ties to Dorset, having joined Dorchester's academy system in 2009, then run by Alex Browne.
Pompey scout Jan Rowles is reported to have spotted Sayers at a Dorchester six-a-side tournament.
Bridport are due to begin their league campaign on Saturday, September 5 subject to approval.
