YEMI Odubade has agreed terms with the Terras ahead of their 2019/20 National League South season, subject to FA approval.
Odubade becomes the final player who had league minutes with Weymouth last year to see his future resolved ahead of the forthcoming season.
Odubade scored eight league goals for the Terras last season, after signing initially on loan from National League South side Eastbourne Borough.
Paul Maitland, Weymouth director of football, said: "His experience will be invaluable, because he has obviously played a lot of football at that level and above.
"He was a big part of us getting promoted at the end of last season as well."
Odubade, who turns 35 in July, was given a vote of confidence by the fans, who helped to fund his deal to stay after his initial loan agreement was up.
He also scored the critical goal that proved decisive in sealing the Evo-Stik Southern Premier South title, when he notched the first in the 3-0 win against Farnborough on the final league game of the season.
