BEAMINSTER School Showjumping team currently head British Showjumping’s Just For Schools 80cm and 90cm league.
The riders hope to stay in the lead to qualify for the British Showjumping National Championships held at Stoneleigh Park in August next year.
The team consists of Isabel Hallett, Poppy McIntyre, Maddie Ware and Mollie Diment and they have had a great year representing their school after they competed at the Wales and West Show as well as the British Showjumping National Championships which the girls said was an amazing experience.
Team manager Jenny Hallett said: “The girls are incredibly proud to represent Beaminster School and have a wonderful team spirit always supporting and encouraging each other.
“They all have a passion for Showjumping and Just for Schools is a perfect introduction into the world of British Showjumping for them.”
The Just for Schools League run by British Showjumping offers riders the chance to compete individually or as a team in classes ranging from 70cm to 1.10m.
