On behalf of Loders School PTFA I would like to say a very big thank you to the multitude of people, companies, organisations and businesses that have helped us over the past year.

School budgets are getting tighter and the PTFAs play a greater role than ever before. Our PTFA is a charity and we do as much as we can to fundraise so we are able to buy much needed items for the school and help to enrich the lives of the children that attend. We do this by putting on events which the community can enjoy. Over the past year we have had great support in terms of donated raffle prizes, sponsored events, collected ink cartridges, attending events and more. To list everyone and every organisation that has helped in any way at all would fill a whole page. Not only has the village community of Loders been welcoming and helpful, but so too has the community of Bridport and beyond. For this we are extremely grateful and appreciative.

We are currently one of Bridport Waitrose's chosen organisations for the month of December to receive funding by way of the green tokens that can be placed in our collection box at the front of the store.

Monies raised from this will be used to fund new reading books for all the children at the school. This amount will be topped up by PTFA monies raised through fundraising. Again we would like to thank the community for helping us to achieve this goal by putting their tokens in our collection pot.
