The local group for former and current royal air force members and their families has been given an award for its fundraising efforts.
The Bridport and Lyme Regis branch of the Royal Air Force Association raised more than £2,000 in 2023, and the national organisation has awarded it a 'fundraising certificate' for its efforts.
Member Mike White said: "As a nation, we owe an immeasurable debt of gratitude to the RAF and their families.
"Join the RAF Association as a member today, and you’ll stand united in support of everyone in the RAF community who needs our support, now and always.
"Our Association is open to anyone who shares the value of service, loyalty and comradeship. Whether you are currently serving in the RAF, a veteran, a family member, or someone who wants to do your bit to help, you are welcome to join this unique and inspiring community.”
