A one-day tour in Bridport will explore the path that leftover sewage takes in Dorset.
These “around the bend” tours offer a behind-the-scenes insight into the secrets surrounding wastewater used to shower, wash dishes and flush toilets.
The free event held on Thursday, June 6 between 2pm until 6pm offers guests of all ages to find out exactly how 890 million litres of unwanted sewage are disposed of each day.
Each tour will be between 30 and 45 minutes long, starting on the hour or half past the hour.
Among these will be the tour on Burton Road, in which families and individuals can receive a guided tour from one of the Wessex Water operators.
Booking for the event will end soon and can be done online on the Wessex Water Eventbrite page: eventbrite.co.uk/e/around-the-bend-tours-bridport-dorset-families-and-individuals-tickets-893664212717?
