THERE will be no chocolate eggs in the Iraola household this Easter as Cherries head coach Andoni attempts to hatch a plan to take maximum points from a busy week.

Cherries return to action from the international break tomorrow afternoon (3pm) when they host Everton, kicking off a busy run.

The following Tuesday Cherries are again in action at Vitality Stadium, welcoming Crystal Palace to Dorset, before travelling to Luton Town at the weekend.

Iraola will at least have peace and quiet at home to work, with his family returning to Spain over the Easter break.

But he predicts that he will be spending a lot of time at Dean Court in the next eight days.

Asked if Easter was a big event in his household, Iraola joked to the Daily Echo: “I’m alone!

“I'm alone because family have used the holiday at school to go back (to Spain).

“But I have a lot of work to do now.

“It's a very busy week next week, and I will spend a lot of time here.”

Iraola went on to explain how he felt that it was vital Cherries add to their points tally in the next three games ahead of the final run-in.

He continued: “I think it's an important week for us, an important week.

“I think they are not easy games, the ones we have starting from Everton.

“I think we are in a good position.

“We especially finished strongly before the international break.

“But we have to continue.

“We have to continue in this run because especially our end of the season is not easy.

“It's not easy.

“So we want to take the points as soon as possible.

“And we want to continue improving also as a team.”
