A village road is closing for almost two weeks so power lines can be refurbished.
Wootton Lane in Wootton Fitzpaine will be closed between the Dairy Farm and Manor Gardens, a distance of approximately 550 metres.
This closure is planned to begin on Monday, March 11 and is expected to be completed on Friday, March 22. This work will be taking place between 8am and 6pm.
The closure will enable the National Grid to carry out overhead line refurbishment and pole changes.
The alternative route, which will be signposted is as follows: Becklands Lane - Berne Lane - Green Pit Knap.
