Panto is returning to a Dorset village for the first time in more than a decade.

The Charmouth Events Committee is excited to announce that Touring Pantos, a professional group, will hold a two-hour performance of Cinderella.

This will be held on Sunday, December 3 and is the first Charmouth Christmas pantomime for 15 years.

It will take place at St Andrew's Community Hall, with a 2pm matinee and a 6pm evening show.

This up-to-date family-friendly presentation of the well-loved rags-to-riches tale includes comedy, pathos, music and audience participation.

The performing group, Touring Pantos, bring along their own scenery, sound system and lighting to turn the community hall into a fully working theatre.

Tickets are £10 and £12 and can be purchased at The Royal Oak, Charmouth Stores and will be available at the Charmouth Christmas Fayre on Friday, December 1.
