A male was allegedly assaulted in Bridport town centre.
Police were called to Bucky Doo Square on South Street at 10.54pm on Saturday evening.
According to Dorset Police, the male victim did not sustain any serious injuries.
The force says enquiries are ongoing into the incident and no arrests have been made.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "Dorset Police received a report at 10.54pm on Saturday 11 November 2023 of an assault in South Street in Bridport.
"The male victim did not sustain any serious injuries. Enquiries are ongoing into the incident. No arrests have been made."
