A rural road in west Dorset will be closed during the day whilst resurfacing work is carried out.
The road between Manor Farm and Whatcombe House near the village of Long Bredy will be closed from Friday, April 28 to Wednesday, May 3 on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, as Dorset Council highway workers do necesary repairs.
The road, which will be shut for a distance of approximately 1,155 metres, will be closed to traffic on those days from 9am to 4pm.
During the closures there will be no on street parking available and parking restrictions will be imposed.
An official diversion will be in place during the closure via the A35.
