A man has been cleared of assaulting two police officers following a two-day trial.
Martin Charles Fox Snell, whose address was given St Andrew’s Road in Bridport, appeared before Bournemouth Crown Court on two charges of assaulting an emergency worker and a further charge of obstructing
The News previously reported on Mr Snell’s appearance at Weymouth Magistrates’ Court last November when he was charged with the offences.
He had been accused of assaulting two police officers - PC Barber and PC White - in Loders on April 26.
Mr Snell was found not guilty on both counts following a two day trial.
