An ex-banker will be regaling a crowd with tales of banking in the 1950s ‘when the customer was always right.’
The humorous talk by ex-banker Sandra Brown and hosted by the Friends of Bridport Millennium Green will take place on Thursday, February 16 at 2.30pm in Bridport WI Hall, North Street.
Entry at the door is £5, is £4 for members and will include tea and biscuits. There will also be a raffle.

Future fundraising events for maintaining the Green and Woodland on Coneygar Hill include a talk on the bridges of Dorset, a quiz night, music and cake afternoon, a bric-a-brac stall and a plant/gardening fair.
