Crash on A35 between Winterbourne Abbas and Poundbury
A man has been injured in a crash on the A35.
The road was blocked at Winterbourne Abbas, but it is understood to have been cleared at 12.10pm.
Emergency services were called to a two-vehicle crash shortly before 10.25am.
Police and ambulance services rushed to the scene.
Traffic is affected in both directions between Winterbourne Abbas and Poundbury.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "We were called at 10.24am to report of a two-vehicle collision on the A35 in Winterbourne Abbas.
"Officers attended with ambulance service. Recovery requested for one of the vehicles
"One person has been taken to hospital."
