An annual event in Bridport gardeners' calendars will be taking place today.
The Bridport Seed Swap will be hosted by the Bridport Community Shed on Saturday, January 28 from 10am to 12pm.
Now in its tenth year, the swap is an informal gathering of local gardeners - a friendly boost to start this year’s growing season.
Attendees are invited to bring surplus seeds to swap or simply come along and take some in exchange for a donation to charity. The Heritage Seed Library has donated seeds to this event.

To find the shed, walk along the lane running at the back of Mountfield, Bridport Town Council. The shed is located on the right just after the gardens. Alternatively, walk up from Bedford Place and the shed is on the left just before the gardens.
