Power tools were stolen when a property under renovation was broken into, police say.
Officers are now appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
The property, in the Kittwhistle area of west Dorset, was broken into some time overnight between Wednesday, November 16 and Thursday, November 17.
Police have asked anyone with information to get in touch on 101 using crime reference number 55220187085.
They have also urged the public to be vigilant and report any suspicious activity on 101. If you believe a crime is in progress, call 999.
