Bridport fell silent today to pay respect on Remembrance Sunday.
Hundreds watched as the parade made its way from East Street to the war memorial on South Street for the ceremony.
Accompanied by the Wessex Military Band the mayor, Cllr Ian Bark, led the parade.
He lay a wreath as part of the ceremony before crowds fell silent for the observance of the two-minute silence.
Cllr Bark said it was 'wonderful' to see the parade back 'as it should be' and South Street full again after last year's event had to be streamed online due to covid.
He paid tribute to those who've paid the ultimate sacrifice in conflict.
