The A35 at Bridport.
There are lengthy delays on the A35 with two-way traffic lights in place.
The restrictions are in place at Morcombelake as a result of a defect.
Contractors are in attendance to repair a depression in the road surface.
Earlier this morning National Highways had carried out an “urgent investigation” into the defect.
Long delays are being experienced along the A35 from Charmouth down towards Eype.
A spokesperson for National Highways South West said: “Please take care on approach, thank you for your patience.”
