Sponsor a candle in memory of a loved one for a Lyme Regis community event.
Candles Down the River allows participants to sponsor a candle in honour of a loved one and watch it drift down the river Lim.
Candles will be released from Jericho Bridge at 9pm on Monday, August 8 and will be removed when they reach Jordan Flats.
For those unable to attend the event, it will be recorded and uploaded to the Lyme Regis Carnival website.
Candles can be purchased for £3 online, from the Carnival Kiosk in the Marine Parade Shelters on the seafront during Carnival Week and on the night at the event starting point and you can also a message.
