A KEY route was partially blocked following a crash this morning.
The A35 was blocked both ways following a two-vehicle crash at the Longland's Lane turn off near Winterbourne Abbas at around 9am.
Police, firefighters and paramedics were reported to be at the scene.
There are reports of slow traffic in the area as a result.
A spokesman for Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue service said: "We received a call at 9.07am to an incident on the A35.
"We sent one crew from Dorchester to make the scene safe following a road traffic collision involving two cars.
"Our call came from police and I believe an ambulance was also requested.
"Our stop came in at 9.41am."
A spokesman for Dorset Police said: "We were called to a two-vehicle road traffic collision involving minor injures at 8.54am today.
"The road has now reopened.
"The collision involved a car and a caravan."
