A NEW open-air circus show will dazzle an audience with daring aerials and acrobatic feats.

Brainfools calls into Litton Cheney on August 13 to perform in the grounds of the village hall.

Their show Lucky Pigeons will be performed by a cast of seven who combine stunning circus skills with slick choreography.

Promoters Artsreach say this 'wonderfully wacky' show is 'both entertaining and enthralling'.

A young businessman struggles with the demands of city life and, after losing his job, takes his frustrations out on a group of pigeons. Karma soon returns however, and the man finds himself turned into a pigeon, where he quickly learns about the playful world of this misunderstood animal.

Brainfools is a collective of young performers who want to reach new audiences and connect them with contemporary circus. They are passionate about making circus accessible and use a huge variety of circus techniques to tell stories about how we can become a better society.

With a mix of absurd and extravagant theatre, impressive acrobatics, empathetic and funny stories and a pinch of satirical spice and puppetry, Lucky Pigeons will perform daring aerials and acrobatic feats in this soulful production.

Pack a picnic, gather your friends and family and see Brainfools as they perform live at Litton Cheney Hall Field (01308 482514) at 6pm on Saturday, August 13 and Stalbridge Village Hall Grounds (01963 362355) at 2pm on Sunday, August 14.
