A ROAD is currently closed as firefighters tackle a property fire near Bridport.
The B3165 near Marshwood Primary School is currently closed due to a property fire.
A spokesman for Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescues Service said that they were called to a report of a fire at a single-storey timber framed building in the area at 1.29pm.
Crews from Bridport, Lyme Regis and Axminster are currently at the scene with three pumps and a water carrier.
The spokesman said the fire was currently being extinguished using two breathing apparatus and two hose reel jets.
People are being advised to please avoid the area.
