DORSET County Orchestra have announced their summer concert which will be taking place in St Mary’s Church, Swanage on Saturday, June 18.
Their programme is a ‘delight for lovers of classical music everywhere’ from Rossini - Overture to The Barber of Seville, Aaron Copland - Suite Rodeo and ending with the iconic Dvorak Symphony No 9 from the New World.
The orchestra usually performs at three concerts a year at various venues across the county but
like many, they have had to scale back or cancel their performances due to Covid, now they are back performing in one of their favourite venues.
Advance tickets are available from Tilly Whims, The Square, Swanage and cost £12 (cash only), online from TicketSource for £12 and on the door for £15.
