A MAN has pleaded guilty to making thousands of indecent images of children and possessing extreme pornography involving animals.
Timothy Brian Lovegrove, whose address was given as Back Lane in Evershot, faced three charges at Weymouth Magistrates Court on Thursday, April 14 of making indecent photographs and pseudo photographs of a child and one count of possessing extreme pornographic images portraying an act of intercourse with a live animal.
The 67-year-old pleaded guilty to making 24 Category A, 17 Category B and 2,194 Category C moving and still indecent images of children at Evershot, over a 17-year period between April 10, 2004 and June 24, 2021.
He also admitted during the same 17-year period to possessing 27 extreme pornographic images depicting, in an explicit and realistic way, a person performing an act of intercourse with a live animal.
Lovegrove was given unconditional bail and is to next appear at Bournemouth Crown Court for sentencing on Friday, May 13.
