A WELLBEING charity in Dorset is aiming to recruit 30 therapists and practitioners.
Options Wellbeing Trust, which provides professional support to people across Dorset covering many life issues, is recruiting qualified therapists or practitioners to join its team.
The recruitment drive follows a soaring demand for counsellors now Covid restrictions have lifted.
Spokeswoman for the Trust, Wendy Lee said: "Our services cover topics including issues connected with loneliness and isolation brought on by the restrictions and now overflowing into the post-pandemic phase.
"We’re now dealing with anxiety as people have returned to ‘normal’, leaving the safety of home and getting used to being in work environments, where they are in close contact once again with colleagues.
"Added to these are new anxieties related to the war in Ukraine, the potential impact on us all and financial worries about rising costs in this country.
"We’d like anyone out there who is a qualified therapist or practitioner and registered with a recognised professional body such as BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), UKRCP, CA & ANLP, to contact us to find out more.”
