A VEHICLE has crashed into railings in Bridport town centre.
The incident happened this morning and saw police and ambulance crews called to the scene.
Drivers were warned of delays as queues formed in the area.
At the time of writing a recovery crew is in the process of removing the vehicle from the scene. It is understood that traffic is now flowing as normal.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "We received a report at 10.29am of a single-vehicle collision near to the junction of West Street and Victoria Grove in Bridport.
"It was reported that the vehicle involved had collided with some railings. Officers have attended, along with the ambulance service.
"There are no reports of any serious injuries and recovery is being arranged."
