THE Blandord Evening Women's Institute is relaunching their fundraising fence -'The Great Dorset Pants Fence' - for the Dorset Cancer Care Foundation.
Saying 'knickers' to ovariyesan cancer and 'pants' to prostate cancer, the fence is a fundraising tool being used by the Blandford Evening WI to raise awareness.
A spokesperson for the Blanford Evening WI said: "A current campaign of the Women's Institute is to raise awareness of the symptoms of ovarian cancer in women which are very hard to identify and are often not recognised until too late.
"The pants fence is a fun way of highlighting this problem and encourage women to be aware of the signs as well as those of cervical cancer."

The fence is based on the Cardrona Bra Fence in New Zealand which has highlighted breast cancer there and raised much needed funds for charity.
Blandford Evening WI has set up the pants fence with the permission of Gorcombe Extreme Sports and with help from Cheap Printing Dorset and Bailie House Warehouse of Sturminster Marshall to raise funds for Dorset Cancer Care Foundation.
The fundraising fence will be taking place at 2pm on March 23.
