ARE you looking to give a pet a forever home?

Dorset-based animal rescue centre Margaret Green is hoping to find loving homes for a host of animals in its care this week.

They include dogs, horses, goats and rabbits.

All the details are below.

Bridport and Lyme Regis News:

Lennie is a "very handsome" three-year-old Greyhound. He has a larger than life personality, so he is always pleased to greet you and he absolutely loves his toys. He would like to live in an adult-only home and although he gets along well with other dogs on his walks and at play time, he would prefer not to share his home with another.

Bridport and Lyme Regis News:

Blue is a female Siberian Husky who is almost a year old. She is looking for an active family who have owned dogs before and enjoy exploring the great outdoors. She wouldn't be happy being left for long periods of time and she will need her new owners to continue her training. She is looking for an adult-only, cat-free home, but she could live with the right dog.

Bridport and Lyme Regis News:

Teddy is a Greyhound who is nearly four-years-old. He is a really lovely boy with a sensitive nature who gets quite bonded to people, so he’d like to have a family that won't leave him for long periods of time. He’d prefer to live with another medium-large sized dog, as he’s at his happiest with other dogs around. He could live with older children but not small furries.

Bridport and Lyme Regis News:

Amber is a 23-year-old, 13.2hh registered Haflinger pony. She is a very lovely girl and she likes a good scratch. She gets on very well with her field companions and she’s good to stable. She will require a confident, experienced home and handler as she can be a bit head strong and knows how to get away with things.

Bridport and Lyme Regis News:

Boris is around two-years-old and he is looking for a home where he will be a companion to another goat. He is a very active and playful lad who will need a lot of space and things to do to occupy his time. He will need high fencing in his new home, as he has long legs and can jump easily.

Bridport and Lyme Regis News:

Bonnie is four-years-old and looking for a forever home with her companion, Chase. She is a cheeky girl who likes being spoilt with treats and Chase is an energetic boy. They enjoy being outside in the sunshine, stretching out together. Due to her size, they will need a single storey house to live in as she can't really manage ramps and small doors.
