A man has appeared in court to deny assaulting two people in Bridport.
At Weymouth Magistrates Court, Christopher Frampton, aged 33, of Broad Lane, Bridport, pleaded not guilty to two charges of assault by beating.
It is alleged that the offences took place in Bridport on November 9 last year.
The case was adjourned for a case management hearing on March 31, and a one-and-a-half day trial is set for later in the year.
The defendant was released on conditional bail and has been ordered to not contact, directly or indirectly, three individuals and is to not enter an address on Normandy Way, Bridport.
