Committed to prison for one month concurrent.

ELIZABETH ANN PERRINS, aged 26 and of Ringwood Road, Christchurch, admits assaulting PC Bowkis, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker, by beating her at the Avon Causeway, Christchurch, on September 5, 2020. Fined £192. To pay £50 compensation, £38 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits assaulting PC Bowkis, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker, by beating her at Royal Bournemouth Hospital in Castle Lane East, Bournemouth, on September 5, 2020. Fined £192.

NORTH DORSET

JAMIE EDWIN TREW, aged 40 and of East Street, Blandford, admits driving a motor vehicle on the A35 Bere Regis on October 31 with 59 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £120. TAMMY ELIZABETH LEACH, aged 40 and of Mapperton Close, Poole, admits driving a Nissan in Old Wareham Road, Poole, on March 25 with 299 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. MATTHEW LESLIE KENT, aged 41 and of Ashley Road, Poole, admits driving a motor vehicle in Bay Hog Lane, Poole, on May 31 with 122 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Community order made, whereby the defendant must have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months and take part in up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £100.
