POLICE are looking to track down a potential witness in relation to a reported disturbance at a pub in Bournemouth.
Detectives have issued images of a man they are keen to identify.
It follows a report Dorset Police over an incident at the King's Arms pub in Wallisdown Road at around 3.10am on Thursday, October 21.
Officers attended and a man aged in his 30s was found with a life-changing injury to his arm and taken to hospital for treatment.
A 60-year-old local man was charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm, false imprisonment and making threats to kill and appeared at Poole Magistrates’ Court on Friday, October 22.
He is next due to appear at Bournemouth Crown Court on Monday, December 6.
Detective Constable Luke Davis, of Bournemouth CID, said: “We are continuing to make enquiries into this incident and I am issuing an image of a man we would like to identify as a potential witness.
“I must stress he is being sought purely as a witness as he may have valuable information to assist our investigation.
“This man was in the venue from around 9.30pm to 10.30pm on the night of Wednesday 20 October 2021.
“I would urge anyone with information as to his identity to please contact us.”
