Admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Dorset Magistrates' Court by failing to attend two planned Rehabilitation Activity Requirement appointments and two planned appointments with offender manager. Must carry out unpaid work for 78 hours within the next 12 months.
RYAN THOMAS FOX, aged 25, of Seymour Gardens, Ruislip, London. Admitted, at Bridport, assaulting an individual by beating him. Fined £120. To pay victim surcharge of £34, costs of £40. Community order made: Carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next 12 months. To pay compensation of £150, victim surcharge of £95, costs of £85.
