A Bridport charity supporting people in west Dorset struggling with their mental health is meeting to discuss its plans for the future.

Trustees, staff, volunteers, carers and members of the Burrough Harmony Centre, along with their family and friends, are invited to attend the organisation's AGM at the Assembly Rooms on Gundry Lane in Bridport on Tuesday, November 9.

Harmony provides peer support for people living with mental health issues in West Dorset.

The AGM will give everyone interested in the charity the opportunity to meet and exchange views, plans and hopes for its future. The business agenda will be kept brief, so that people can contribute their questions and comments and tea/coffee and cake will be provided by members and staff.

Jane Brennan, chair of trustees, said: "We have a lot to talk about as we have had to develop the services we offer differently over the past year.

"I hope lots of interested people will be able to join us at the Assembly Rooms as it will be great to see people, face to face again in our centre.”
