A show weaving story-telling and stand-up is touring to Dorset village halls.

I, AmDram, performed by comedian Hannah Maxwell, can be seen in Piddletrenthide on Wednesday, November 10 and Broadoak on Thursday, November 11.

Having grown up immersed in the family passion for amateur theatre Hannah is now putting on a show about it.

‘I, AmDram’ has charmed audiences across the UK and Australia, garnering five-star reviews Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2019 and Adelaide Fringe 2020.

I, AmDram traces the distance between queer, quirky London and the rehearsal halls of home counties suburbia; minding the gap between the identities we assert and the worlds we leave behind.

This production, touring with Artsreach, is supported by Dorset Council, Arts Council England and Blanchards Bailey solicitors.
